Bruce Hyundai is seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our team of talented salespeople. As a key member of our management team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a contract position that is expected to run about 3 months.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and develop a team of salespeople, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
