Bruce Hyundai is seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our team of talented salespeople. As a key member of our management team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a contract position that is expected to run about 3 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a team of salespeople, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
