You will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of the used car sales process from inventory management to customer satisfaction. Your leadership, sales expertise, and strategic vision will be essential in achieving sales targets and maintaining our high standards of service. **Responsibilities**: - Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance and foster a positive work environment. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. - Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and market trends to ensure optimal stock levels and competitive pricing. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. - Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. - Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
