**Job Description**:

- Full time availability Monday to Friday during business hours
- Respond to inquiries, pricing requests and process orders
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers
- Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Provide timely quotations and delivery dates for projects and jobs
- Entering customer orders into the company software and picking items
- Learn and maintain a knowledge base of all product lines
- Offer product knowledge to assist customers in choosing appropriate products
- Expedite supplier purchase orders, assist with purchasing and inventory control
- Various other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

- A minimum of three years of customer service experience
- Experience in the electrical industry or a similar environment would be an asset
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Professional, responsible, punctual and reliable
- Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with computer systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to take direction and solve problems
- High School Diploma required, some post-secondary education would be an asset
