**Position**:Charter Sales Rep, Inside Sales Department

**Location**:Peterborough, Ontario

**Hours of Work** : Monday - Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

As an Inside Charter Sales Representative with Coach Canada you will report directly to the Charter Sales Staff manager. You will be responsible for the Inside Charter Sales which will include building and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting customers with inquires and ensuring the smoothness of the overall process.

**What you will do**:

- Answering customer inquiries into the cost of chartering our company vehicles
- Entering and modifying customer orders
- Contacting potential or existing clients for new business
- Various clerical jobs related to sales
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Identify sale opportunities
- Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Building rapport with customers
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
- Staying informed with inside sale trends in the industry

**Qualifications**:

- Good geographical knowledge
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Must have efficient key boarding skills and experience with Excel
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment facing multiple priorities on a daily basis while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Good problem solving skills and creativity
- Bi-lingual would be an asset but not necessary
