Position Title: Ticket Agent (Part time / Seasonal - Primarily from May to October)

Position Summary: Reporting to the immediate Supervisor and Manager, the Ticket Agent is responsible for providing information on and selling the various tours offered by Gray Line Montreal

Primary Responsibilities:

- Providing most current information concerning the various tours offered, to both customers and partners
- Selling tickets and promoting business of corresponding partners at various locations on our sightseeing circuit
- Booking reservations
- Scheduling hotel pick-ups
- Administer, adhere, and comply to general company procedures and policies

Skills Required: Ability to multitask, strong people skills, effective communication in both English and French, both, written and oral, diligence when booking reservations, scheduling pick-ups, processing transactions and assigning tickets, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and adequate interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Sommaire du poste: Relevant du superviseur et du gestionnaire immédiats, l'agent de billets est responsable de l'information et de la vente des divers circuits proposés par Gray Line Montréal.

Les responsabilités primaires:

- Fournir aux clients et aux partenaires les informations les plus récentes sur les différentes visites proposées
- Vente de billets et promotion des activités des partenaires correspondants à divers endroits de notre circuit touristiques
- Réservations
- Planification des ramassages à l’hôtel

Compétences requises: Aptitude à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, bonnes relations interpersonnelles, communication efficace en anglais et en français, à l'écrit et à l'oral, diligence lors de la réservation, du ramassage du calendrier, du traitement des transactions et de l'attribution des tickets, connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word et Excel compétences adéquates en relations interpersonnelles, en leadership et en organisation.
