We are looking for someone to join our Bayland Property Management Team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, is a quick learner and who pays attention to details. Must also be able to get to the place of employment by 9 a.m. every day. Work will be Monday to Friday. 35 hours week.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma/certificate in a recognized administrative program
- Assisting the senior admin, and admin pool to complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability and commitment to maintain confidentiality
- Being efficient with filing
- Managing electronic and paper-based tenant files
- Preparing documents including correspondence, reports and presentations
- Managing calendars
- Maintaining client database
- Being responsible for the duties of frontline reception along with taking phone calls, greeting clients and tenants
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skills in posting in social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube
- Excellent time management skills
- Working well as part of a team and also managing tasks independently and confidently
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and use of a reliable motor vehicle
- Own cell phone
- Being available for other duties as assigned

Prior experience is an asset but training is offered.

$18 - $20 per hour with a 35 hour week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
