Junior Quotes and Sale Assistant

The _**Junior Quoting and sales assistant**_ will be one of the first lines of contact for customers at Avion Technologies Inc. The focus will be on Quoting, Customer Service, Outside Sales, and Marketing.
**Primary Duties /Responsibilities**
The **Junior Quoting and Sales assistant** is expected to represent the company to customers and potential customers in the highest professional manner possible and to perform the following significant tasks, but not limit themselves to the items listed below.
- Provide exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls and electronic correspondences with the capability of understanding customer pain points, product requirements, and identifying potential add on sales opportunities.
- Book meetings for VP of sales.
- Attend trade shows and work sales booth when required, with the intention of booking meetings and advertising.
- Deliver increased sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management, customer service, and negotiations of contracts.
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests, always in a friendly and positive manner.
- Create and maintain strong partnerships with our existing customers.
- Follow up on calls and quoting for customers as directed by the sales manager.
- Work closely with the sale manager to meet Avion's objectives.
- Review project specifications to create proposals and quotations for projects. Get quotes from quote team, present to customers, seek PO, liaise to internal engineering/panning team.
- Establish a thorough understanding of Avion products and or capabilities (what we offer).
- Staying up to date with changes and developments in the Aerospace/ manufacturing industry.
- Assist with implementing business plans and effectively present them to facilitate the sale of our products.
- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain and fully oversea the CRM, expense reports, and sales reports.
- Prospect both new and existing customers to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to professionally represent the company.
- **Must have own vehicle and a Valid Driver’s License.**
- A quick learner and extremely adaptive to changing work priorities.
- **Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to “multi-task” and problem-solve.**
- Contribute positively to the sales team through communication and sharing.
- Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels in the company.
**Education/Experience**:
**Business Degree or Diploma with focus on sales.**
**Degree or Diploma in Marketing.**
**3 years’ experience with CRM**
**3 years of Sales experience.**
**3 years of Marketing experience.**
**Able to travel to US and Europe (Valid travel docs on the date of interview.)**
**Knowledge**:
How to manage customer relationships with a professional attitude.
**Aerospace experience is an asset.**
Experience and knowledge about manufacturing precision components is an asset.
