**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. You will assist customers with their needs, promote products through upselling techniques, and maintain an organized and inviting store environment.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and meet store targets.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal relations.
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory accuracy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
