Security Access Administrator

**Role Impact**:
The Security Access Administrator is responsible for administering the property access control system; while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients and business associates.
**What you will deliver**:
- Provide and maintain courteous, professional, and efficient service to internal and external clients and business associates by responding to requests for information and redirecting inquiries beyond their own scope of expertise to maintain good customer service levels
- Produce individual photo pass cards on a tenant by tenant basis as authorized by tenant contacts.
- Administer pass card management program: modify, add, delete access
- Act as a liaison between security/management staff and tenant contacts for pass card and access control system issues
- Use access control system to maintain tenant operational schedules, which can include but is not limited to special requests
- Produce audits of specific system transactions upon request
- Prepare invoices for tenant charges relating to property access control
- Maintain database of property access card information
- Maintain an accurate filing system of all pass card authorization forms
- Ensure proper scheduling & programming of Access Control Management Systems
- Ensure that the property ACM system is working as designed, and ensure that all maintenance requests are managed through our contract service providers
- Provide Tenants with semi-annual access card reports
- Troubleshoot errors or malfunctions within the Access Control System
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests to the property Access Control Management System
- Produce audit reports as required by management and tenants.
- Process procurement-related task in a timely manner including purchase order creation, coding, invoice approvals and monthly accruals using internal expense software.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation for the Security Life Safety department including confidential correspondence, tenant bulletins, presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Adhere to Cadillac Fairview’s Privacy, records and classification policies
- Other duties as assigned

**What you need to succeed**:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related work experience in a security environment
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices such as but not limited to: office policies and procedure, report writing and security pass card processes
- Experience using the security access controls system; Lenel Onguard Programming System is an asset
- General pass card billing knowledge is desirable
Starting base salary for this job level may range from $35,265.00 to $47,020.00. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including, but not limited to the role, experiences, skills & qualifications, location, market and internal considerations; with this context, CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
