**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for staff and clients.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude towards customer support and teamwork is essential.
