Barrier Group Inc. is a leading industrial services provider specializing in coatings, fabrication, and construction support for the energy and infrastructure sectors. We are currently seeking a **Quality and HSE Administrator** to join our Red Deer team.

**Position Overview**

The Quality and HSE Administrator will be responsible for coordinating **turnover documentation**, overseeing **document control processes**, and supporting our Quality and Safety programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands—or is eager to learn—the requirements of **pressure welding** and **structural steel** compliance within CSA, ASME, and CWB W47/W48 standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and compile turnover documentation packages for projects.
- Maintain and manage document control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Quality and HSE initiatives, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure compliance with welding and fabrication standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality procedures and records.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in document control and turnover documentation (industrial or construction environment preferred).
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, **pressure welding** and **structural steel** requirements under CSA, ASME, and CWB (W47 and W48).
- **Level 1 Welding Inspector** (CWB or AWS) certification is considered a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams in a fast-paced environment.
