Red Deer, Canada Essential Coil Well Service Full time

Essential Coil Well Service, a division of Element Technical Services, is currently seeking an **HSE Administrator** for our Red Deer location.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, this person will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of maintaining our HSE program including:

- assisting with maintenance of compliance databases and file upkeep
- entering various safety related data
- generating applicable reports
- coordinating safety training for field and shop employees
- assist in logbook auditing
- maintain PPE stock and supply to workers as needed

**Qualifications**:

- experience with ISNetworld and ComplyWorks
- excellent computer and data entry skills
- extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask
- self-starter and ability to work independently
- attention to detail
- effective communication and written skills
