Client Care Specialist

**Do you love talking about pets, have strong computer skills, and feel confident recommending services?**
Tailz is looking for a **Client Care Specialist** to join our customer-focused team. You’ll be the first friendly face our clients see and the voice they trust when reaching out to book services for their beloved pets.
**About the Role**:
In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will:
- Greet and check in/out clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, client communications, and digital records using our reservation system
- **Confidently recommend services and add-ons** based on each pet’s needs
- Promote special events, programs, and seasonal packages
- Enforce company policies and help maintain a smooth front-of-house operation
**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Required**:
- 2-5 years of customer service, administrative, hospitality, or sales experience
- **Computer savvy** - Managing bookings, digital records, and processing payments through our reservation system and POS
- Proficient with computers, including Google Docs and adept to learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone
- A **positive, composed attitude** in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- High attention to detail with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to help people
- A contributor to be part of a collaborative team
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in a pet care, veterinary, grooming, or animal services setting
- Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) or customer booking software
- Previous sales experience or confidence in upselling services
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or certifications are an asset

**Schedule & Availability**:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and the odd holiday, is required
- Full-time or part-time shifts available

Pay: $16.00-$16.75 per hour
