**What you’ll be doing**:

- Meet potential clients and agencies to understand their needs and create a care plan
- Communicate with potential clients and perform regular follow up
- Prospect and negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement
- Match the Caregiver and the Client based on their needs
- Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
- Obtain client's feedback about current services and communicate the same with other team members.
- Other tasks as required

**What we’re looking for**:

- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a business relationship specialist or business liaison is a bonus
