**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing and Invoicing**:

- Accurately and efficiently create, process, and verify product orders.
- Generate, review for accuracy, and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Diligently track and monitor order fulfillment from initiation to completion.
- **Financial Administration & Reconciliation**:

- Meticulously reconcile all bank accounts and credit card statements, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records according to established procedures.
- Prepare financial data and reports accurately as required.
- **RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Management**:

- Systematically create and process RMAs, ensuring all required information is captured.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely and documented resolution of returns, following all procedural steps.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Coordinate and/or conduct regular cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize, manage, and meticulously document the yearly physical inventory count process.
- Maintain precise and reliable inventory records within company systems.
- **General Administrative & Office Support**:

- Arrange and confirm travel accommodations and itineraries for employees, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Order, receive, and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies.
- Process employee expense reports with attention to policy and accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence efficiently.
- Provide thorough support for other administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring complete follow-through.
- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Perform precise and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
- Uphold data integrity through careful verification and adherence to standards.
- **Document Management**:

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files systematically for easy and accurate retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with document storage protocols.

**Qualifications & Desired Attributes**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative, operational support, or similar role requiring a high level of accuracy and organization.
- **Demonstrated ability to meticulously follow multi-step procedures and instructions.**:

- **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel - particularly for data management and reconciliation, Outlook).**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- **Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.**:

- Clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- **A proactive and conscientious approach; takes ownership of responsibilities and sees tasks through to completion.**:

- Ability to work independently with diligence and as a supportive member of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
