**Career Opportunity**

Drive Autogroup**,**with dealerships across the GTA is looking to hire a full time Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is a key leader of the Sales team. The Sales Manager is dedicated to motivating their sales team to achieve monthly targets by overseeing all aspects of the sales process from the moment the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond. Our Company is looking for an individual who takes pride in motivating and leading a team to achievement.
- Proven experience and a sound understanding in E lead / digital marketing management.
- Well-rounded background in customer service and sales.
- Experience managing a diverse team and implementing various leadership styles to achieve success
- Experience with Desk It, 180, TMS, Vauto and CDK a definite asset.
- Comprehensive experience in the automotive industry.
- Leader in the sales process and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but is also encourages team members to achieve common goals.
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**The Job Environment**
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Position involves sitting and standing for long periods of time.
- Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time.
- Busy work environment, so the Sales Manager is a master in efficiency and time management.
