Sales Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
- Analyze market conditions and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Foster relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support.
- Oversee outside sales efforts to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address customer needs.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of Sales Management experience required.
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in technology sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent account management skills, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
