Presently, we are excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing professional team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will handle all general inbound communications to the Company and support the team in our service delivery (with expert mentorship and guidance provided by our team). As a team, we deliver an exceptional experience for our clients who are often overwhelmed by the idea of downsizing or settling an estate.

**Overview**

As Office Administrator, you will be reporting to the Estate Services Manager and supporting our team and customers with their downsizing or estate settlement projects.

Specifically, you will enable the team and customers to be successful by supporting:
**Office Administration**
- Professional face of the company for all initial points of contact for office visitors and inbound communications
- Manage supplies, sales and marking collateral, and swag including those for the transition, real estate, and office teams
- Manage filing (paper and digital) mail, printing, FedEx, receiving, etc
- Assist with job postings as needed
- Support office team members with basic technical support and/ or arranging for technical support as required
- Ensuring the office is maintained to a clean and organized standard
- New file intake and input into our systems (Trello, Google drive, file folder creation, etc)
- Property information package printing
- Direct mail campaign printing and distribution
- Field inbound communications and identify customers who only need an alternative solution and make the referral, otherwise, pass to sales for follow up

**Transition team member duties (Emergencies only)**
- Be available to go on site to help with packing, unpacking, sorting, set up, cataloguing, photography, auction pick up, dumpster loading, donation run etc.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Ability to provide regular hours 5 days a week (8:30am - 5:00pm)
- Satisfactory background check
- In office work requirement (not a remote role)
- 3-5 years of previous experience working in a fast-paced office or service industry environment.
- Able to adapt and learn new software platforms as required

**Preferences**
- Have experience working on senior transitions and / or estate settlement.
- Knowledge of software platforms such as Google Suite, Trello, Zoom, Docusign, etc.
- Experience in qualifying sales leads
- Experience in human resources with onboarding and / or iring new team members
- Responsibilities:
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
