Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Service and Experience:

- Greet and welcome clients, creating a friendly and professional environment.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient booking and availability.
- Handle client feedback and complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved to maintain client satisfaction.
- Administrative and Managerial Duties:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain an organized booking system and coordinate with staff for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory of retail products and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Handle client billing, payments, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Team Support and Coordination:

- Communicate effectively with stylists, therapists, and other team members to coordinate appointments and daily schedules.
- Train and mentor front desk staff, setting standards for excellent client service and administrative practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the front desk team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or managerial role, ideally in a salon, spa, or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Pay: $17.20-$21.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
