Norseman Structures is looking to add a Fiercely Reliable **Marketing Specialist** to our team

The **Marketing Specialist** is responsible to execute the strategic marketing plan with a focus on implementing, coordinating, and evaluating promotional activities for our dealer channel. The **Marketing Specialist** will collaborate with external dealers and partners, as well as, all departments within the organization to deliver marketing initiatives including tradeshow management, social media coordination, product development and promotion, and market research. Writing and implementing content for promotion will be a primary focus in this position.

**Responsibilities of the Marking Specialist**
- Curate and coordinate content for: social media, blog, sales literature, advertisements, etc.
- Design, develop and curate engaging content across multiple social media channels including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy while measuring, tracking, and optimizing social media performance and consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Manage, input, analyze, and report on information within various platforms (e.g., Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation,
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials such as videos, photography, and brochures, sell sheets, web site, banners, swag and other marketing materials.
- Act as the contact point for online leads and distribute to appropriate Dealers.
- Assist with planning process, providing marketing/design templates to deliver consistent outputs that drive our Dealer channel.
- Provide feedback regarding optimal keywords to improve SEO ranking. Champion the firm’s brand identity across all developed materials.
- Perform other duties and special projects, as required.

**Qualifications of the Marketing Specialist**
- Post-secondary diploma or certification in a Marketing is an asset.
- Have 1- 2 years’ experience in a marketing role with experience in a manufacturing or construction related industry.
- Extensive web analytics tool experience like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, & Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms and tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Podcast services, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Hubspot, and more).
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop) or similar software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in advertising copy writing, blog writing, or journalism is an asset.
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns.
- Solid business acumen, collaborative team building, and problem-solving skills.
