Marketing Specialist

At WinField United Canada, we’re all about getting our hands dirty. Combining local understanding and world-class expertise, we provide independent ag retailers and their customers with products and services designed to fit their specific needs. After all, no two seasons, regions, fields, or farmers are identical. And no one knows what an operation needs like those on the ground.

Currently we are hiring for an:
**Marketing Specialist**

The Marketing Specialist role supports the Marketing team with fulfillment, implementation and execution of the tactics required to deliver our growth and brand strategy.

This role would take day-to-day direction from a Marketing Manager and work closely with other teammates to ensure the finest details are looked after.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A university degree in agronomy, business, marketing, plant sciences or another related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing, sales, and/or business development disciplines, preferably in agriculture.
- Self-starter, with a sense of humour and strong teaming skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational planning skills.
- Willing to take on diverse projects and independently learn new skills to complete projects.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and highly effective problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite required.
- Photography, design and writing skills are considered an asset but not required.
