Norseman Structures has been in the protection and shelter business for over 100 years, starting with the fabrication of outfitter and exploration tents in the 1920s. Today we deliver a wide variety of ShelterSolutions to customers in virtually every industry, in a variety of climates, anywhere in the world.

We are looking to add a **Ditigal Marketing Specialist **to our team in Saskatoon. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for a wide range of internal and external audiences to support Norseman Structures’ operational plan, business goals, strategic objectives and brand awareness goals. The Marketing team manages Norseman’s reputation; brand stewardship, social and digital media, event planning, media relations, marketing outreach and audience engagement. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist works with colleagues from across Norseman Structures to improve the digital user experience.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills are critical when creating content that is both relevant and meaningful. Coordinating and creating content for our website, social media and advertising, both print and digital, will be a focus for this position. Exceptional writing skills, coupled with your knowledge of corporate branding and marketing activities, will lead to success in this role. Solid business acumen is required when analyzing and reporting on the success of various marketing related activities and strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Univseristy Degree in marketing, or communications with emphasis on digital marketing
- 3 - 5 years experience of executing SEO strategies and analytics
- Web development experience HTML/CSS/SQL/Python/Javascript
- Excellent knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms and tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube,Podcast services, Adobe Creative Cloud, SalesForce, Hubspot, and more)
- CRM and Salesforce experience is an asset
