**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain and record on a daily basis goods received in the company lot book
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Process invoices in Sage accounting software system and verify pricing
- Generate US and CDN cheques for invoice payment
- Reception relief and miscellaneous office duties
- Annual Inventory count
- Any and all other duties and responsibilities ordinarily expected of an Accounts Payable Clerk, and as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Attention to detail (i.e. require to ensure all pricing is correct, etc.)
- Efficiency and time management of office functions including reliability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting software an asset
- Bookkeeping or Accounting Certification an asset
