**Status**: Temporary Part-Time

**Hours Per Week**: Up to 24 hours/week

**Pay Rate**: $23.42/hour

**Qualifications**

  • Two year diploma in Business Accounting
  • Experience with financial software and integrated financial database systems
  • Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Experience conveying to staff and clients established policies and procedures
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the College Drive Campus in North Bay, ON

**Duties**

Providing administrative support to the college’s accounts payable and purchasing department including but not limited to:

  • Issuing PO’s when required
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Creating new vendors in the finance system
  • Obtaining and tracking required health and safety agreements
  • Assist inputting monthly/weekly journal entries
  • Assist tagging fixed assets
  • Filing invoice copies and corresponding backup
