- You maintain quality assurance standards with your team through validation, audit and established processes.

- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives.
- You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
- Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- ** Required**: You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
- ** Shedule**: You are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm (shift end times may vary on surgery days), as well as occasional Saturdays when required.
