Professional Finance Manager Position - Family Friendly Alarm Company

We are seeking an experienced, diligent, and professional Finance Manager to join our team at AlarmTek. Key Responsibilities:
As our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with relevant regulations.

Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support the company's financial stability and growth.

Collaborating with other departments to offer financial insights and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Managing tax planning, filing, and compliance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Continuously identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and contribute to the company's success.

Required Qualifications and Attributes:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred).

A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with demonstrated expertise in managing the full accounting cycle.

Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial forecasting, and analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to guide and motivate a team.

An analytical mindset with attention to detail, combined with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Proficiency in using financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a family-owned business or a similar close-knit, supportive work environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong asset.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
