We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our financial operations and strategy.

**Position Overview**:
The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing our company's financial operations, enhancing profitability, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves overseeing financial planning, risk management, and budget management to support the company’s growth and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the finance team to ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Develop strategies to minimize financial risk and explore opportunities for financial growth.
- Collaborate with management to create efficient and cost-effective financial policies and procedures.
- Handle customer financing options, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $49,222.71-$186,495.59 per year
