We’re looking for an Associate Underwriter to provide quotes in both our standards and sub-standard markets for the Lloyds book in our Private Client Group division. The underwriter will work with both sales and service to provide fair and competitive quotes that fit the client’s needs. The underwriter will also oversee underwriting and quoting all renewals and endorsements.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as primary contact for sales and service regarding property quotes
- Analyze risks to identify fair and sensible solutions
- Determine premium and negotiate terms
- Underwrite all renewals and endorsements
- Track and manage the Lloyds Book of Business
- Manage the underwriting workflow from quote to policy issuance
- Process and issue new business, renewal, and endorsement documents, where required
- Respond to inquiries with respect to coverage, rates, and procedures

***What You Bring**
- Typically, more than 2 years of industry and product line experience
- Solid understanding of Property & Liability Underwriting
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s underwriting practices is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outlook, Word, Excel
- Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and Rating Services is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and sensible judgement
- excellent problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
