The Client Support Associate (CSA) provides service to clients requiring assistance related to their investment and insurance products. The CSA will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, assessing and resolving client questions or concerns, completing non-licensed service while delivering a professional and timely client experience.
**What you will do**
- Influence client loyalty and retention by providing consistent, accurate and high level client service
- Investigate, resolve and respond to client non-licensable queries by researching further information, as appropriate and dealing directly with our partners where required.
- Prepare and process investment and insurance requests, documentation and transactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in CRM and electronic files
- Adhere to and maintain compliance requirements of the business
- Contribute to team and department goals
- Consistently follow process and maintain workflow to permit seamless backup coverage
**What you will bring**
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial channels
- Proven experience in a client service related field
- Knowledge of insurance and investment products and services
- Strong ability to utilize professionalism and deliver high level customer service
- High level of attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
- Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- CRM experience an asset
- College Diploma, University Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Client service focused
- High attention to detail/accuracy
- Process-centred
- Effective communicator - verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems
- Problem solving and ability to think fast
- Proactive and resourceful
- Adaptable to a growing business, changes in industry, regulations and business processesThe base salary for this position is between **$39,300****:
- $ 53,200** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
