**Social Media Specialist / Business Executive in Makeup Ecommerce**

Metro Capital Corporation is a creator of multiple ecommerce platforms focused on the beauty industry with a strong focus in makeup cosmetics.

Currently we are looking for a Social Media Specialist / Business Executive in the Makeup Ecommerce Space in our office in London ON located at 380 Wellington Street.

**In this position these are the things you will be responsible for**:

- Creating and scheduling engaging and exciting social media content across our existing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest etc.).
- Developing and executing social media strategy
- Staying on top of social media trends and being able to capitalize on those trends immediately when they happen.
- Communicating effectively with retail and business clients as well as brand influencers.
- Skilled in market research and analysis
- Fulfill ecommerce orders

**To be an effective team member, you will have**:

- To be passionate about makeup
- Love social media and be effective in content creation.
- Experience in marketing, management, or customer support, preferably in the makeup industry will be an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver within deadlines with mínimal oversight.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing skills including messaging, content marketing, and storytelling.
- Experience managing social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and tools such as mailing platforms.

**You also have the following attributes and skills**:

- Expertise in primary social networks and an understanding of how to optimize content for them.
- Knowledge and understanding of makeup trends on social media.
- Organized and well structured in your work habits.
- Ability to adapt to change and to work under pressure within the agreed timeframes.
- Familiarity with image and video editing software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
