**MCL Group Ltd. **is an experienced earthworks company based out of Edmonton, AB, with over 17 years in the earthworks industry. **MCL Group **has a proven track record of being a great employer while providing great results for our clients.

We are looking for the following Operators/Labourer:
**Dozer Operator**:

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Cut to finish grade
- GPS experience an asset

**Excavator Operator**:

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Water and Sewer experience preferred
- Cut to finish grade
- Load various types of trucks

**Rock Truck Operator**:

- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience working with various sized rock trucks is an asset
- Experience working in Gravel Pits is an asset

**Requirements of all applicants**:

- Able / willing to labour
- Must have a Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle to travel to site
- Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Positive and safety conscious attitude
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week (weather dependent)
- Ability to work out of town
- Must have CSTS 2020, Ground Disturbance level 2, Standard First Aid, CSO, H2S Alive, WHMIS.

- Excavator operator: 1 year (preferred)
- dozer operator: 1 year (preferred)
- rock truck operator: 1 year (preferred)
- Grader Operator: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
- H2S Alive (preferred)
- Ground Disturbance (preferred)
- CSTS (preferred)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- CSO (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
