**Job description**:
Our Island Farms facility is looking for summer help to support Production and Cooler Operations.

Summer Employees working in Production will support production operations with machine set-up, building and stacking product, clean up and change over and miscellaneous duties.

Summer Employees working in the Cooler will assist in the picking, stacking and loading of product.

Ideally we are looking for applicants who are able to work a variety of shifts on days and evenings so would need flexibility in their start/end times.

Each shift will be 9 hours - 4 days per week.

**Requirements**:
Ability to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation

We offer an excellent working environment with an hourly rate of $19.82 per hour, plus shift premiums.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $19.82 per hour
