This is a great opportunity for you to learn and apply your knowledge to support the implementation of Digital Productivity tools, such as the Microsoft 365 suite, as we roll out cloud services to the corporation.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The Technology department is responsible for developing technology solutions that contribute to the achievement of BCI’s mission and long-term goals. The department manages the Corporation’s business applications and information technology infrastructure, providing support to a large group of financial professionals. The department is also responsible for authoring technology-related directives and conducting disaster recovery planning to minimize risk to the Corporation’s delivery of investment services.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Create video content to help employees use technologyDevelop user guides and communications about new products and servicesAssist in developing user-experience journey maps and personasEvaluate new software and features to identify opportunities to meet business needsSupport organizational change management activities working across BCI departmentsResearch new and innovative ways to create business value with the Microsoft 365 platformCollect, organize, and analyze problems to support solution recommendationsEngage and regularly liaise with the user community to understand their needsWork with business users and technology leaders to drive adoption of digital workplace toolsParticipate in technology modernization projects that impact up to 1000 usersAd-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the teamREQUIRED SKILLS Has an interest in new technologies, and an eagerness to learnAbility to learn all about new tools or products with minimal guidance, then translate that into people-friendly instructions, demonstrations, or written materials.
