QA Compliance Coordinator

Contract Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
**In this role, you will**:
- Coordinate and maintain key certifications (e.g., Organic, Halal, MSC, FOS) and support licensing updates to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Manage vendor performance through scorecards, audits, and quality agreements with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Investigate product quality complaints and adverse reactions, issuing and tracking CAPAs to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct trend analyses, prepare compliance reports, and present findings to management.
- Develop, maintain, and follow SOPs/WPs while ensuring adherence to cGMP, GVP, and company safety policies.
**You have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science) and 3+ years’ industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of cGMP, CFIA, FDA, Health Canada, EU TRACES, and TGA regulations, with experience in certification programs.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with an investigative mindset and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
