We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Technical Information Coordinator for our QC Department

**Job Summary**:
The Technical Information Coordinator works independently to provide support and technical assistance to the Quality Control group, while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven core values such as Industry-leading Quality and Service in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of responsibility.

**You Will**:

- Submit change controls in support of process or specification updates; provide feedback to Change Control group on specific change controls.
- Coordinate with other departments for USP Dietary Supplements Verification Program (DSVP) program responses; maintain USP-DSVP products and status.
- Prepare and revise raw material, bulk, packaging components and finished good material specifications based on supplier information or other sources.
- Create stability protocols and studies within Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in addition to providing workload summaries.
- Participate in process improvement by supporting system enhancements
- Other duties as assigned

**You Have**:

- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science.
- Solid knowledge of analytical chemistry, Good Manufacturing Practices, testing pharmacopeias, and regulatory guidance documents.
- Experience in QC/QA documentation and systems.
- Ability to organize and analyze information, and determine appropriate response.
- Ability to communicate effectively with scientific and non-scientific audience.
