We are seeking a QA Compliance Supervisor to provide technical expertise and develop strategies for quality compliance, certification initiatives, and complaint management across Factors Group locations. **You’re good at**:

- Managing quality agreements and compliance initiatives.
- Acting as a liaison with stakeholders.
- Planning and maintaining quality certifications and licenses.
- Monitoring vendor performance and conducting audits.
- Handling customer complaints and quality deliverables.
- Training staff and supporting management.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science.
- 5+ years in a similar role in food, NHP, or pharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP and relevant regulations (CFIA, FDA, USDA, Health Canada, EU TRACES, TGA).
- Proficiency in PCP/HACCP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
