**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing community events and coordinating logistics for various projects.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners, to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Handle personal errands and miscellaneous tasks to support workflow.
- Support social media management, including scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
- Manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Creative Industries, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Experience working with Canva and Notion.
- Experience in community engagement, marketing, or public relations is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility regarding scheduling, which may include days, evenings, and occasional overnight shifts as needed.
- Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
