**What you'll be doing**:

- Facilitate meetings/workshops for programs within CSO.
- Monitor Programs within Planning & Performance to address potential issues promptly.
- Maintain Project tracker & facilitate a weekly project stand-up call.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules including arranging internal and external meetings, organizing and planning team sessions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing expenses, timekeeper administration and sign off for the team.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the team.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
