**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to program operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and financial status for management review.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff and volunteers to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in supervising teams or managing programs is essential.
- Strong background in program management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight is preferred.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
