The college provides an opportunity for professional growth and development across the areas of technology, healthcare, business and management.Visit cimtcollege.com for more information and follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Job Summary:Esthetics Program Coordinator plays an integral role in the receipt and maintenance of a Esthetics program’s accreditation. It requires a candidate to teach the program that would assist students in learning the competencies prescribed by the esthetics education and would also prepare them to continue progressing through the placement process. Role and Responsibilities:Monitoring, coordinating, and controlling accredited program standards and is the primary point of contact for the Esthetics program with the college.Providing quality delivery of assigned courses within the MCU Esthetics program protocols, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment.Teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments and exams.Responsible for and supervising the esthetics faculty operating online and on campus..Assist with the hiring of Esthetics instructors for teaching the required coursesResponsible for overseeing inventory management and ordering of program suppliesCoordination duties also include supporting faculty, monitoring student progress, and assisting with curriculum implementation and compliance.Skills required:Must fulfill or exceed all the requirements of MCU for Esthetics programExcellent communication and organization abilitiesWorking knowledge and hands on experience with MS officeExperience in using medical esthetics equipmentMust be detail orientedFocused on day to day tasks as assignedExcellent time management skillsCandidate must be available to teach and work on-site at the Brampton campus.Qualification & Experience:Diploma in Aesthetics or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 3 years of relevant and current industry experience as a practicing estheticianMeets MCU’s teaching eligibility requirementsStrong communication and classroom management skillsExperience with coordination preferred (for Coordinator role)Preference to be given to candidates with both instructional and program coordination experience.Working Hours- Mon to Fri 9am to 4:30pmWorking ConditionsEsthetics Program Coordinators are provided with the necessary office equipment required to complete daily tasksCompliance and RegulatoryAdhere to all CIMT College Policies and ProceduresComply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the OCC Act, 2005Accessibility and Equal Employment Opportunity statement:CIMT college is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
