Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Provide responsive and exceptional technical support to new and existing customers.
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers together with regional sales team
- Ability to handle the whole sales process in all respects (from inquiry, confirmation, shipment and delivery)

Qualification:

- 3+ years of experience in technical sales and support or R&D
- College Diploma in engineering, optics or physics or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Sound understanding of economics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to travel, including internationally
