**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Issuing invoices, monitor receivables and collections.
- Entering bills, make payments and monitor accounts payable listing.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare inhouse company financials and reports, including budgeting and account analysis
- Process payroll accurately and on time, onboarding new employees and other HR processes.
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks online.
- HR policy manual updates and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence, answering phone

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and QBO
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation effectively
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and account analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
