**Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator**

Air Voel is excited to announce an opening for a bilingual (Fully Fluent in English and French) Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team, primarily focusing on telephone interactions to support the sales and service of CPAP devices. This in-person job is located at 4195 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON. The mandatory hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm or later.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions
- Logistics coordination, inventory management, picking and packing online orders
- Driving sales of CPAP devices, masks, and supplies
- Undertaking other assigned administrative tasks
- Ability to work both independently, without direct supervision, and as part of a team
- Demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and maintain strong focus.
- Ability to lift boxes
- Work in person Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
- High reliability and accountability, error-free work

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English and French languages
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, highly reliable, and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Able to manage the workload with the highest efficiency
- Attentive to detail, error-free work
- Detail-oriented with a multitasking mindset
- College or University degree
