**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative** to join our ServiceOntario team in a front-facing public service position. You will operate a computer at the front counter, assisting customers with a wide range of transactions and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.

In this role, you will:

- Process **Driver, Vehicle, Health Card, Identity Card, and Accessible Parking Permit** transactions
- Provide services such as renewing driver’s licenses and health cards, registering motor vehicles, issuing license plates/vehicle permits, and issuing accessible parking permits
- Offer customers accurate information and policy guidance in both **French and English**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform small tasks as needed to support office operations

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in **French and English** (spoken and written)
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using data entry systems
- Answer inquiries in person
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy
- Keep organized notes and follow established procedures

**Eligibility & Requirements**
- **Fluency in French is required** - must be able to speak and write clearly in the language
- Strong communication skills in **both English and French**, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Minimum 18 years of age
- **Must provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon hire**
