Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Central Region, the Special Price Agreement Analyst will have a strong analytical background and experience in pricing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicate with team to gather missing information
- Be comfortable with flexibility of tasks and responsibilities
- Review and analyze special price agreements (SPAs) to ensure they are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue
- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing to ensure our prices remain competitive
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data in the company's pricing system
- Provide guidance and support to the Sales team on pricing-related issues
- Participate in negotiations with customers and vendors to secure the best pricing terms and conditions
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with pricing software or tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
