Position: Junior Pricing Analyst

**Job Type**: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Language Requirements: English

Working Conditions: Remote (while classified as remote, incumbent will be required to attend in-person meetings when required by Management)

Location: Vaughan, ON

Annual Salary: $45,700 - $50,000

Purpose:
Data driven and highly focused on detail and accuracy, the Jr. Pricing Analyst will validate and execute system changes requested by other business units. Works cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to provide timely and relevant information to business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Validates, documents and processes changes using ERP system Retalix. Plays an active role in data governance.
- Acts as system expert to the business and demonstrate the ability to analyze, prevent and solve problems.
- Develops and maintains user documentation for system and operational processes & programs. Serves as a reference resource for the user community, especially as it relates to pricing and master data maintenance.
- Provides backup support for functions within the department, which include ad hoc analyses as requested.
- Participates in the design of User Acceptance Testing for Service Requests worked on by the IT Department.
- Interact with other departments to address issues, requests and questions.
- Performs other job duties as required.

Education
- Post-secondary education in Business, Science or Engineering.

Experience
- 1-3 years of administrative or related experience in a professional and busy office environment.
- Demonstrated succusses in identifying areas for process improvement.

Required Knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- VBA and Power BI knowledge strong asset.
