**Position Overview**We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly voice and face of Rosemore Electric. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting our project teams behind the scenes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Communication & Support**
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls with customers
- Handle customer inquiries about services, pricing, and project timelines
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to support our 60% repeat customer base
**Project Staff Support**
- Provide administrative support to project teams and field staff
- Coordinate between office and field personnel for project updates
- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation
- Help prepare estimates and documentation as needed
**Social Media & Marketing**
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Develop content that showcases our community connection and quality work
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
**Customer Appreciation & Retention**
- Implement customer appreciation programs and initiatives
- Follow up with completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate customer testimonials and reviews
- Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and referrals
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in trades or construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry
- Knowledge of electrical terminology and services
- Social media marketing experience
- Bilingual capabilities (English/French) an asset
- Experience with CRM systems
