Installation Specialist

We also offer in‑house custom apparel services using vinyl heat press and screening methods. Our one‑stop shop helps clients bring their unique ideas to life. Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Thorold, ON. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for installing interior and exterior signs and vinyl graphics, including but not limited to: Window Wraps Wall Murals Decals Vehicle Wraps LED Sign boxes Interior Signs Removals Lift and Bucket Truck Operation Other tasks include maintaining tools and materials, collaborating with the sales and design team with accurate site surveys, working on‑site or remotely as required, and traveling to client locations for installations regularly. Qualifications Skilled in installation procedures, handling tools, and using appropriate equipment safely and efficiently. Basic knowledge of sign assembly, trade show setup, or related installation tasks; experience with vinyl, graphics, or promotional items is highly sought after. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Good organizational skills, ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and timelines, and problem‑solving aptitude for on‑site challenges. Flexibility to travel for off‑site installations and the capacity to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and time frames. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift moderate weights for installations and setups are essential. Prior experience in a similar role or in the sign‑making, printing, or marketing industry is considered essential. Compensation Hourly rate can be on contract, per project or negotiated based on experience and ability.
