As a Customer Support Returns Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service when returning products. You'll be the key link between our customers and our company, managing the entire returns process with precision and care. This role offers a diverse work environment, including time in the warehouse, retail store, and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently Manage Returns: Receive and sort returned products, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance: Inspect and test returned products for quality, functionality, and damage.

Processing Excellence: Handle refunds, exchanges, credits, or repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.

Inventory Management: Update inventory records and customer accounts with precise return information.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other departments to resolve any issues or inquiries.

Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Essential Skills and Qualities:
Customer Service Savvy: Listen, empathize, and communicate politely and professionally, even when handling complaints and requests.

Detail-Oriented: Inspect and test returned products meticulously, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Problem Solver: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the return process with ease.

Physical Agility: Lift, move, and pack returned products, which may be heavy, bulky, or fragile.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
